Operations in a Low-Intensity Conflict

U.S. strategy paper concerning "low-intensity" warfare, reproduced as reference material.

This is a 1992 Yankee military guide for conducting “low-intensity” warfare — the modern-day strategy for fighting rebellions and revolutionary wars applied by the imperialist and reactionary armed forces. This is historically the only strategy and tactics by which the enemy has been capable of countering a people’s war. In order to defeat this strategy with the superior one (of people’s war), it is necessary to study the enemy’s military thinking.
